Socialworx Public Relations opened its doors in 2010. Since then, we've helped clients of all shapes and sizes find success. Success by creating relationships with new people and businesses, success with editorial coverage and success with creating a well-thought-out business and communications plan. Jenny Kincaid Julian

Jenny is a fierce competitor with more than 15 years experience working with a range of clients and their many needs. Her vast career in public relations and targeted media relations, sales, marketing, advertising, corporate communications, brand development, community outreach and social networking has garnered her strategic partnerships with businesses throughout the Midwest. Jenny is a high-level media relations professional who has been able to turn social networking into a viable business model directly impacting the clients bottom line. Reflecting on her business acumen, she was named one of KC Business Magazine’s Rising Stars 2012.

Jenny’s personal experience in business ownership (before launching Socialworx PR in 2010, she opened a women’s boutique in 2003) provides her a unique perspective for her clients’ success. Jenny is also heavily involved with several not-for-profit organizations in Kansas City.

K.C. O'Rourke

Bringing her hit-the-ground running verve to SWPR, an intuitive grasp of brand strategy and a sixth-sense for business development, K.C. oversees each account managing media and social relations, partnerships and brand development.

In K.C.’s 15-year professional career, she’s been responsible for the development and implementation of public relations campaigns, managing strategic integrated marketing programs, crisis communications, event management, content creation, social and traditional media. Regionally, she’s helped manage public relations and marketing strategies for clients including Burns & McDonnell Healthcare and Research Facilities, InterContinental Hotel Kansas City at the Plaza and KU Athletics, yet nationally, she’s been instrumental with the got milk? mustache campaign, Campbell's Soup, SC Johnson, Unilever and the American Dietetic Association/ConAgra Foods Foundation Home Food Safety...It's in Your Hands consumer education program.
